Time

Deadlines - these are important to keep up with work, they can be very important
Availability of equipment - you need equipment to create projects
Availability of personnel - you need people to be able to work with you
Timescales for clearances


Deadlines

  • Shoot - 1st day of filming with the whole crew (to start with production you need to complete all pre-production work. Last day of the shoot (every thing must be finished and secured by the end of the production)
  • Picture lock - make sure that the picture is refined so when you go to edit you don't need crew members to stay longer because of your budget.
  • Sound lock - make sure that sound is secure
  • Music - use good enough music because it can tricky to work with
  • Visual effects - make sure all visual are good enough
  • Sound mixing
  • Colour correction 
  • Delivery

Availability of equipment
  • What equipment do I have access to? this can effect time - Production and Post-production
  • The equipment i have access to is:  Sony Cameras, editing station and software, lighting,  Libeck fluid head tripods, speakers, Microphones, sound recorder, headphones, laptops, memory cards, iMovie, Mac software, Mac books, Avid editing software, Canon cameras R29HF, 
  • What equipment would I need to hire? - Production and Post-production
Equipment I would want
  • Glider
  • Boom Michrophone
  • Canon 70D
  • Crane
  • HMI lights
I have to get the pricing on all the equipment so I can budget correctly and time won't be wasted.

Availability of personnel (Autumn 2016)

  • What is the availability of people I want to recruit? - I need to plan when people are available so that time id not wasted.
  • Dates and Hours of availability
Timescales for clearances

  • I would need to clear every thing before I start my first production shoot, make sure I have contracts in place.
