When researching through different companies that allow you to hire production equipment I found that they have different return options which can really affect timing, for example Media dog says that they understand that people are busy so they can return equipment to the local centre which shows that the people at the company understand production time schedules. But other companies want you to return equipment to a certain area and for some that area would be fine but for others it can really affect their time schedule, it also shows that the company doesn't understand production times and why timing is a massive factor.
