Sources & Costs

The sources are the companies that i am hiring from such as Stockyard which is prop hiring or Free sound where i can get sounds for my production, costs tie into this because in some cases i have to pay for the use of these materials such as prop hiring i would have to pay to use it, with Free sound i don't have to pay but Pro sound effects you do have to pay because it is a better service and better source of materials.

Examples:

Event prop hire pricing is if you are in London you minimum spend is £250 plus VAT, it change when you are located in different places but they are all in this format, this means that you can't really use this service if you have a very low budget.

Pro sound Effects

To get 56,000 sounds you have to pay £906.35 per year or £2446.11 for a one off payment and unlimited use, this is good for getting professional sounds but not if you have a low budget like i do for my production.
