Costs

Costs are very important in a production especially if you have a low budget for you production which I do.

Hire companies normally make you pay a daily rate sometimes with or with out VAT, this means you have a general amount time you need the gear for. Here is some examples of hire companies camera prices:

• Red scarlet-X - £264 inc. VAT per day
• Canon C300 EF mount - £140 per day 
• Canon 5d mk3 - £80 per day
